What. A. Year! Between ending my junior year of undergrad & beginning my senior year, it has been one busy, though exciting, 365 days. Here are some of favorite moments from each month of 2023.
January- began the year with family, attended an underground art exhibit, watched a dear friend receive her white coat, met my second niece, & enjoyed the first snow of the year.

February- attended the St. Valentine’s ball, watched Cinderella at the ballet, & took a trip to Arkansas.

March- witnessed the first bloom of spring, broke my collarbone & dislocated my shoulder tripping down the Panera steps, & celebrated a dear friend’s disco themed birthday.

April- held a very successful clothing drive, attended the Lottie Jane Mabee Spring Formal, celebrated my 21st birthday with a few of my favorite people, watched The Roots perform at the Momentary, & took a lovely day trip to Beaver Lake.

May- watched many loved ones graduate university & took a trip to the Wichita Mountains.

June- my sister visited from Alaska & I watched summer flowers bloom.

July- broke my finger on the desensor machine working at the GAP & took a trip to Washington.

August- moved into my final residence hall, attended a murder mystery dinner (& survived), watched fireworks during Welcome Week, & took an ER trip during a friend’s birthday party.

September- watched a home football game with my father & distributed many issues of the Collegian.

October- attended the Monster Mash with Wednesday Adams & another disco dancer.

November- attended the Homecoming football game (we lost), hosted Trivia Time for prospective students, & took a trip out to Grand Lake for Lambda Chi Alpha’s formal weekend.

December- took a trip to Washington, & celebrated New Year’s Eve in Tulsa with friends.
